We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mart Cashier to join our team. The cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and ensuring excellent customer service at the billing counter.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers politely and provide assistance at checkout.

Scan, process, and bill items accurately.

Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions securely.

Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policy.

Maintain accuracy in cash drawer and reconcile at the end of the shift.

Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
