We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager
Al Faris Group, a market leader in heavy lifting, heavy transport and energy solutions, is expanding its marketing leadership across the GCC. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to design and deliver high-impact marketing programs that strengthen our brand, support commercial growth, and position the company as an industry authority across UAE and KSA. This role involves strategic ownership of both digital and offline channels, close collaboration with sales and operations, and regional event leadership.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand building and B2B demand generation.
• Strong digital marketing capabilities including SEO/SEM, content strategy and campaign optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Event & exhibition expertise — able to plan and lead trade shows, corporate events and PR initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Industry familiarity with heavy equipment, logistics, construction, energy solutions, or related B2B sectors is highly desirable.
Role Highlights / Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across GCC markets to drive brand awareness and sales enablement.
• Deliver digital, PR and media campaigns to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Support commercial teams with bid materials, proposals, presentations and thought-leadership content.
• Lead exhibitions and industry events, coordinating logistics, messaging and on-site presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide positioning and product/service messaging.
