ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle all social media accounts of the
company (Instagram, Facebook, Mail champ,
Linked in, WhatsApp)
- To prepare flyers and brochures on Canva.
- To have basic skills on video editing and setting up
for a live on Facebook and Instagram.
- Answer phone as per approved telephone etiquette.
- Greeting customers
- Scheduling and tracking appointments
- Collecting Payments

SKILLS NEEDED
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication – Bilingual preferred
- Friendly and balanced
- Follows protocols and policies
- Computer literacy (Word, Published and Excel)
- Writing skills to match business communication
- Social media experience
- Marketing skills

- Maintain good relationship with clients and colleagues

- Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to direct daily operations of the center to interview new facilitators/ teachers.
