Manufacture hand made Rugs/ Carpet using the Tufting Machine of cut or loop type. Keep a record during the shift of production and down time.
Job Description :
Burn in mini-beams or creel to tuft.
Monitor carpet quality.
Change backing.
Make out roll tickets.
Doff rolls.
Housekeeping of area.
Other duties as instructed by supervisor.
NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to bend, pull and lift
Knowledge of air splicer
Ability to understand graphic patterns
Ability to tie weaver's knot
Prior experience operating a tufting machine with all ends
Preferred Nationality: Indians, South East Asians & Nepalis
