Role Overview
As Manager, Revenue Operations you will set the long-term operational strategy for RevOps, design scalable GTM processes, and build the infrastructure required to support aggressive growth. You’ll translate strategic objectives into repeatable programs, own end-to-end process execution from funnel tracking to operational metrics, and champion AI-enabled tools that improve forecasting, automation, and insight generation.
What You’ll Do
• Strategic Leadership & Planning
o Define and drive the long-term operational direction for Revenue Operations, aligning programs to company growth goals.
o Convert business priorities into scalable operational frameworks and cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Sales Efficiency & Process Optimization
o Simplify and improve revenue processes, remove bottlenecks, evaluate tooling, and recommend resource allocation to boost sales productivity.
o Refine lead qualification and routing with analytics-backed recommendations and partner closely with sales and marketing to improve conversion.
• Forecasting & Analytics
o Build accurate revenue forecasts in partnership with Finance and GTM leaders; create dashboards and KPIs to surface actionable insights.
o Analyze cross-functional data to identify trends and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• AI & Technology Management
o Own the RevOps tech stack, evaluate new solutions, and implement AI-powered tools for forecasting accuracy, lead scoring, and operational automation.
o Leverage generative AI and ML where appropriate to automate repetitive tasks and enrich reporting.
• Team Leadership & Operational Ownership
o Supervise and develop a RevOps team, run performance reviews, hire and train new members, and resolve team-level issues.
o Manage resources, set priorities, and ensure the team has the tools and processes to deliver high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven record of building and scaling revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Expert knowledge of the modern sales and marketing stack (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI tools) and experience with AI-driven tooling.
• Strong analytics chops and data-driven problem solving; advanced competency in Excel/PowerPoint and data systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and operate in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 6+ years in revenue/sales operations or related roles, preferably at SaaS companies.
