Job Summary:

Managerial courage to confront difficult issues with the appropriate response and to do so in a timely manner with different stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of support functions such as Procurement to Pay, HR, Finance, Quality Assurance, etc.
Conduct risk and controls assessments for variety of healthcare related applications such as Health Information System (HIS), Pharmacy POS, patients billing, payroll, payments, etc.
Conduct variety of information system and technology audits in the areas of, for example, IT applications, cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, data governance, BCP/DR, IT general controls, etc.
This position requires travel up to, say, 30%, to various healthcare facilities across UAE and Oman.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or an Engineering degree with IT certification
Minimum 10 years of experience of conducting variety of information system and technology audits.
Solid understanding of Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT), ISO 27001, Oracle ERP and internal auditing principals.
Strong knowledge and experience of system architecture, data governance, network design, cloud, IT service management, etc.
Hand on experience of using data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, ACL, IDEA and Business Objects
Excellent written and oral communication skills, report writing skill, strong organizational and analytical skills, and project management experience
Ability and willingness to conduct an audit single-handedly with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain the highest level of ethics, integrity and objectivity
