Qualification:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in the industry,
Forward Thinker with problem-solving skills,
Team Player and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
Excellent report writing and communication skills,
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP preferably Microsoft Navision and other Financial Planning software

Job Description:

Monthly Group Financials Reporting,
Accurate provisioning of the Overheads, Salaries and Marketing spends,
Work closely with the Business Teams and relevant stakeholders by taking inputs to arrive at monthly provisioning’s,
Keeping full track of the Expenses and Provisions Schedules to ensure there are no over / under-provisioning of expenses,
Processing Vendor payments as per the agreed policies
Cash Budgeting for short term and long term objectives,
Periodic Financials reviews to have proper control on Books of accounts.
Timely execution of Financials tasks and projects of the Organizations
Work closely with the Group Financials Reporting team to provide timely reports and data requests
Manage Quarterly, Annual Statutory Audits with experience of handling any of the Big 4,
Working knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP accounting principles,
Handle periodic Internal audits carried out by Big 4
Ability to lead the projects and work along with the team,
Working knowledge of VAT, monthly data compilation and filings,
Working knowledge of local Saudi & UAE Income Tax Laws and experience in responding to various Tax notices,
Withholding tax data gathering and filings
Periodically review the existing process and fix the process gap to cover the risks,
