Management Accountant - Dubai

We’re Hiring: Management Accountant
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Euro Mechanical is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team and support key business operations across multiple units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support annual budgeting, planning, and cost control processes
• Conduct project profitability and margin analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with IFRS
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor financial performance and cost allocation
• Handle trade finance-related processes including LCs, bank guarantees, and supplier financing
• Support ICV (In-Country Value) reporting, audits, and compliance with ADNOC and government requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or contracting sectors
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Experience with ICV reporting and coordination with auditors/regulatory bodies
• Familiarity with trade finance instruments (LCs, PBGs, performance bonds, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (D365 is a plus)
• CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is an advantage
