Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency medical care.

Respond to medical incidents and coordinate emergency services.

Monitor worker health and heat stress.

Maintain medical records and incident reports.

Ensure site clinic and first aid equipment are fully stocked.

Support HSE campaigns, health awareness, and emergency drills.

Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.

Requirements

DOH (HAAD), DHA, or MOH licence/eligibility.
UAE-recognised medical qualification.
2+ years of construction, industrial, or occupational health experience.
BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Good English communication skills.
