Responsibilities: Prepare HVAC Contract Budgets as well as review Technical Design, Tender /Contract Correspondence. Competent with various pre contract procedure including raising query detailed quantity takeoff, prepare bill of quantities using various method of measurement. Preparation of Material submittal for HVAC, Drainage and Plumbing systems based on the project specification, calculating the size of HVAC equipment and return duct work systems Execution of HVAC Works i.e., Chiller Installation, Cooling Tower Piping, Chilled water piping, Ducting, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Package Units, Precision air handling units, pumps, Ventilation Fans Installation and Connections. Supervised Construction Progress to ensure accordance with company quality standards and Safety Standards. Managing Sub Contractors for Installation of Piping works, Ducting works, Flushing activities, Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Systems. Assist QS team in preparation of BOQ and Technical Specification. Co-ordinate with Project Manager, Procurement team, Client and Consultant. Responsible of Site Safety, control of sub-contractors, direct and indirect labor. Attend the weekly progress meeting with consultant, client & internal meeting with PM. Bringing Projects on time and ahead of budget, final documentation and client handover.
