Urgent hiring! We are looking for a young and energetic Secretary cum Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately based in Abu Dhabi. You must have previous experience managing and making appointments, Hotel Bookings and travel arrangements (mainly for the Chairman [family] & Managing Director), preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings, Taking minutes Dealing with post Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations Maintaining filing systems Answering the phone and answering queries Photocopying and printing using various computer packages - Word, Excel, Power Point. Key attributes essential are positive attitude, professionalism, listening skills & self-initiator.
