Logistics Supervisor - Dubai

Wrist Middle East is seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Supervisor to oversee and enhance regional logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods from warehouse to vessel, while fostering a high-performing team and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics team to ensure high performance and efficiency
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service teams to guarantee timely delivery of goods
• Optimize delivery routes and transport operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Implement process improvements and initiatives that drive operational cost savings
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and transport regulations at all stages
• Prepare monthly logistics reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Established network with port authorities, customs officials, and shipping agents across the UAE
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively and drive operational improvements
