Logistics & Purchasing Officer - Dubai

Candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

Minimum 5 years work experience.
Have a valid UAE Driving License.
Capable of multitasking.
Energetic and dynamic.
Fluent in English communication (written and verbal).
Have in-depth knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with ERP systems.
Be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities include:

Processing Purchases orders, Delivery Notes and Sales orders.
Tracking shipments.
Preparing shipping documents (BL, COO, etc.)
Coordinating between customer, warehouse, factories and shipping companies.
Maintain Supplier / Client database.
Perform administrative functions.
Preparing various reports and formats.
Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders.
Liaise with Finance department to reconcile invoices and purchases.
Provide proper response to Client queries.
