Logistics Executive - Dubai

Cruise Motors is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Logistics Executive with solid experience in the automobile sector to manage and improve our supply chain and distribution activities. The successful candidate will be UAE-based with proven local experience handling automotive imports/exports, customs clearances, free zone operations, and logistics coordination.
Mandatory Requirements:
• UAE experience: Minimum 2–3 years in automotive logistics within the UAE.
• Dubai Trade Portal: Practical, hands-on experience using the Dubai Trade Portal.
• Customs knowledge: Strong familiarity with Dubai Customs procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Free Zone operations: Experience managing logistics for Free Zone shipments.
• Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic or French is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure vehicles and parts move efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Manage end-to-end operations including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and inland/port transportation.
• Oversee fleet logistics, warehousing, and distribution while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with external partners—suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government bodies—to maintain smooth workflows.
• Implement KPIs and reporting systems to measure on-time delivery, cost control, and overall logistics performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and finance to align logistics with demand forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics vendors to optimize costs and service quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all logistics processes and documentation.

• Proven track record in automotive logistics and import/export handling in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and to prioritize competing operational demands.
• Attention to detail with a focus on regulatory compliance and timely deliveries.
