Loan Officer Required in Dubai

We are hiring multiple candidates for a financial services firm based in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the same role either in UAE or in your home country.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc.
To sell Personal finance products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly sales targets.
To contact potential customers and convince them about the bank’s product offerings.
Major accountability for a Loan Officer is to ensure that business is solicited as per the guidelines/process.
Ensuring that the conclusions on all the business sourced on Telesales leads should be reported to ARM/RM.
To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to. All the legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered to.
Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.
To ensure that no customer application is misplaced and is kept in safe custody.
To ensure that code of conduct as per the bank’s policy are adhered to.
To ensure that all the documents provided by the customer for completing the card applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers.
To ensure that I do the document's original sighting as laid out in the original sighting guidelines of the KYC policy of the bank.
To ensure that the sales process prescribed by the bank is fully adhered to.
Verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of the desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
Derive insight into competitors’ sales activities and effectively report them to the Area Sales Manager/Loan Manager.
Ensure full awareness of all policies related to operational risk and misselling, etc & comply by the same.
Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all assigned products.
Maintain accurately and up to date activity records.
Maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues.
Is responsible for delivering service to customers that is synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization.
To ensure performance as per the performance management criteria.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 2-4 years’ sales experience in the banking / financial services industry, specifically related to personal finance in the UAE market or your home country.
Demonstrable track record of working within a highly target driven environment with the ability to plan/manage their own work schedule.
Results-focused
Customer service focused
Minimum education high school or graduate
Knowledge and understanding of general banking procedures
Proven ability to build/sustain Loan with customers
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
