Key Responsibilities:
• List and manage properties for sale or rent on various platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.
• Conduct property inspections, take quality photographs, and gather necessary property details.
• Stay updated on market trends and provide clients with expert advice.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of property information in the database.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
