As a Leasing Agent you will receive and respond to leads, inquiries, complaints, and suggestions of Urban customers and provide relevant information in a professional and prompt manner.

Key Responsibilities - What you will be responsible for:

Manage a range of queries related to Urban’s product(s) use, property viewings, lease negotiations, contract delivery, maintenance requests and customer feedback and complaints.
Achieving leasing targets for allocated properties
Manage tenant leads through the process of discovery, visits, negotiation, and finalization of leases
Act as a tenant advocate in communication with Asset Management team and Landlord representatives
Ensure tenant experience excellence through utilization of Urban’s unique, technology enabled user experience
Generate feedback loop on property portfolio, including tenant input and general market intelligence.
Establish a very high level of market knowledge and insight in designated neighbourhood and developments
Resolve enquires within specified SLAs, escalating where appropriate and partnering with other departments to ensure an excellent end-to-end experience.
Onboard additional, desirable property listings
Issue outbound calls to activate or re-activate leads, and update Urban’s customer records as required.
Close leads and securing transactions

Skills/Competencies Required - What you will need:

Effective communication skills
Strong salesmanship
Exceptional customer service skills.
Current knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development, and a natural desire to understand market conditions.
Experience in property management/leasing/operations.
Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Real Estate
English is a must, other languages a plus
Work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires meeting tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
