Lean Construction Engineer - Dubai

We are looking for a Lean Construction Engineer to join our mega-building project in Dubai.
• Candidate must have LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or black belt certification or equivalent certification.
• Should have worked as a LEAN engineer or continuous improvement or operational excellence position.
• Responsible for conducting a lean awareness roadshow and facilitating Lean to all levels in the organization as well as to external audiences.
• Responsible for managing the effort to support organizational LEAN implementation.
• Responsible for administering the baseline assessments of the LEAN application (including target sheets,
• achievement, education and training needs, KAIZEN implementation, and Standard Work implementation); facilitates reporting of KAIZEN metrics into Visibility and Story Board
• Responsible for teaching, practising, develop & improve the company's Lean methodology.
• Responsible for leading and training Engineers and Superintendents to run effective Planning sessions, weekly Planning sessions and Daily Stand-up sessions through a lead/co-facilitate/coach model.
• Responsible for challenging project team members and employees to identify, remove and resolve constraints that prevent the team from fulfilling commitments.
• Responsible for developing Lean improvement initiatives
• Responsible for maintaining a level of standards of lean tools used among the project’s team.
• Responsible for serving as an ongoing resource for assigned projects and employees to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for developing VSM for each cost breakdown structure (CBS) in coordination with operation and cost control
• Responsible for setup control and Implementation of lean application for each activity.
• Responsible for developing standardization of each action
• Responsible for rolling out lean implementation.
• Keep developing standards to achieve goals, reduce waste and increase value.
• Responsible for the implementation of cost control policies and procedures.
• Supports in conducting case studies.
• Supports in Cost Induction -Lesson Learned – Good/Bad and implementation in coordination with Cost Engineers and QA/QC.
• Supports collaboration for Pull Planning, input resources target and monitoring.
• Ad-hoc duties and reports
