Lead, Finance Systems - Dubai

The IT Enterprise Applications Engineering team builds and operates the back-office applications, middleware, and integrations that power HR, Finance, process automation and system integrations. This group partners closely with Finance and HR to create scalable systems that support business processes for a rapidly growing global company.
About The Role
You will lead a small team of Finance BSAs responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting finance systems and automations (examples: Coupa, Zip, BREX, IntelAgree, HighRadius, IBM TM1). As the technical and strategic lead you’ll partner with Finance leaders across Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing and Accounting to define a shared technology roadmap, architect durable system components, ensure engineering quality and coach the next generation of Finance systems talent. You will report to the Leader of IT Enterprise App Engineering.

• Use automation and process optimization to multiply output while minimizing investment.
• Lead inclusively and ensure diverse perspectives are represented in decisions.
• Use Agile principles to plan, manage and execute sprints for cross-functional projects.
• Design and advocate for strong Finance systems architecture and best practices.
• Partner with Internal Audit, AP and Procurement teams to support quarterly SOX audits.
We’re Excited About You Because…
• You bring 7+ years of Finance systems experience with 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• You have deep, hands-on familiarity with finance systems and integrations (Coupa, BREX, Zip, HighRadius, IBM TM1, etc.).
• You’ve supported Direct/Indirect Procurement, AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets and related processes and can weigh Build vs Buy tradeoffs.
• You understand ERP finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, Budgeting).
• You’re comfortable switching from code reviews to executive presentations and can roll up your sleeves when needed.
• You’ve managed remote teams and can lead distributed workforces.
• You have a modern mindset and either have applied AI/ML in finance automation or are excited to drive those efforts.

Compensation & Benefits
• National base pay range (US): $137,400—$202,000 USD (final offer depends on experience, location and other job-related factors).
• Equity: Opportunity for equity grants.
