About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and headhunting candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, and other job portals
• Conducting initial interviews for junior-level positions
• Building strong talent pipelines through active headhunting and networking
• Screening and shortlisting CVs based on job requirements
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, etc.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment
• Experience from home country (India) will also be considered
• Must be currently based in Dubai – applications from outside the UAE will not be considered
Salary: Will be discussed during the interview process
