Junior Pastry & Bakery Chef & Commis Chef - Dubai

We are expanding our pastry kitchen in Abu Dhabi and looking for dedicated pastry professionals to join our team on a full-time basis. If you take pride in crafting beautiful baked goods and desserts, enjoy working in a busy production environment, and want to develop expertise in gluten-free baking, this could be the perfect role for you.
Open Positions & Experience Required:
• Junior Pastry & Bakery Chef — Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience in pastry and bakery production.
• Commis Chef (Pastry/Bakery) — Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a pastry or bakery kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery items.
• Assist in recipe execution and adapt preparations for gluten-free alternatives when required.
• Work closely with senior chefs to support daily production and special event orders.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene standards, ensure proper storage of ingredients, and follow food safety protocols.
• Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Requirements:
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available for full-time employment.
• Solid technical skills in pastry, bread-making, and dessert preparation.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn gluten-free baking techniques.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow in an innovative kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to perform consistently under pressure.
