Junior Legal Counsel - Dubai

SAFCO is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal and compliance team in the UAE. This role is responsible for supporting the Legal & Compliance Counsel in managing legal matters across the company, with a focus on contracts, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, regulatory issues, and corporate governance, particularly within the food and distribution sector.
Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks; UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Experience in the F&B or distribution sector is preferred.
• M&A experience is desirable.
Availability: Full-time; immediate start preferred.
