Junior HR Manager Required in Dubai

A multi -awarded Energy Solution provider group, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai , with proven capabilities in meeting energy needs for power plants, erection and installation of towers, and major power projects within GCC.

Job Description:

Prepare the Payroll and all the employees related benefits and expenses.
Lead the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager
Maintain and keep record of all employee’s documents, Historical data, Medical - visa. expiries
Oversee and approve all the Recruitment and Employee’s expenses and benefits
Qualifications:

Open to Arabic nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Minimum 10 years of Human resources experience covering all HR functions and 3 years as HR Manager
Previous working experience in Dubai Free Zone is preferred
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
