Junior HR Assistant Required in Dubai

We're currently looking for a bright and charismatic Junior Human Resources Assistant to join our amazing team in Abu Dhabi, our ideal candidate must be very organized, accurate, and responsible.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

- Perform administrative duties, such as dealing with correspondence, and phone calls, organizing meetings, appointments & events, and liaising with staff and clients.

- Handle new employees’ onboarding, orientation and coordinating with the PRO to complete all visa-related processes in a timely manner.

- Assist with recruitment activities such as coordinating the communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.

- Assist in offboarding processes of leaving employees.

- Responsible for maintaining employee records and documents (hard and soft copies) and updating information on the HRIS.

- Prepare employees' official letters and certificates.

- Play an active part in the implementation and development of the HR department's plan.

- Prepare accurate reports and collect and manage all data required for KPIs.

- Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager in response to business requirements and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience as an HR assistant or similar role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field is preferred.

- Fluency in the English language.

- Knowledge in the UAE Labor law.

- Highly organized.

- Strong follow-up and Time-management skills.

- Strong Work Ethics and Excellent organizational skills
