The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Civis Mundi — Henley & Partners’ international membership network that offers meticulously curated private events and unparalleled access to a global network across business, arts and philanthropy, politics, academia and health— and other initiatives across the Group, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and strategic alignment.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final delivery, across digital and print assets
Develop and maintain visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems across Group initiatives
Create and oversee the design of websites, publications, brochures, presentations, social media assets, and marketing materials
Translate briefs and strategic requirements into compelling visual concepts
Produce layouts, illustrations, and graphics for digital and print use, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high production quality
Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and senior management
Ensure all visual outputs are on-brand, visually engaging, and aligned with communication objectives
Support and guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Stay informed on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate creative output

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or multi-brand environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (additional tools are a plus)
Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
Knowledge of content management systems and basic web design principles
Photography experience and strong photo-editing skills are considered an asset
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards
What we offer:
Full-time employment;
Probation period of 6 months;
Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8hours per day;
25 days of annual leave.
