Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

At Taif Group, we create fragrances that tell stories — and we’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help bring those stories to life visually. This role is perfect for a creative designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who’s eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a fast-paced perfume and cosmetics environment.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and production teams, supporting everything from packaging design to digital content, and helping ensure every visual detail reflects our brand’s quality and luxury.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the design of perfume packaging, including bottles, boxes, labels, and outer packaging
Creating visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
Designing digital assets for social media, e-commerce platforms, website banners, and online ads
Assisting with print materials such as brochures, catalogues, POS materials, and exhibition graphics
Ensuring all designs stay consistent with our brand identity and visual guidelines
Working closely with internal teams to translate ideas into clear, effective visual solutions
Preparing artwork files for print and production, with attention to accuracy and quality
Keeping an eye on design trends in luxury, perfumes, and cosmetics — especially within the GCC market
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury brands is a plus)
Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic understanding of packaging design and print production processes
A good eye for typography, color, layout, and branding
Familiarity with UAE/GCC market aesthetics is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take feedback positively
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine passion for design
Arabic design sensibility or bilingual (Arabic/English) skills are a bonus
