Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work in FMCG/agro-industrial sectors are a plus).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Must have a Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, preferably or if possible with examples relevant to FMCG/agro-industrial products.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Will be working closely with senior designers and the Creative Manager to develop and execute design concepts for product packaging, promotional materials, corporate presentations, and digital content.
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, animation and other marketing materials.
Assist in the development and maintenance of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and techniques relevant to the FMCG and agro-industrial sectors.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to team members and stakeholders.
