Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer, based in Dubai. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Multimedia Production:

Capture high-quality photographs of products, events, or other company-related subjects.
Edit videos for promotional campaigns, tutorials, and other marketing content.
Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and aesthetics.

Social Media Management:

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Schedule, post, and monitor content to optimize engagement and reach.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments, direct inquiries, and fostering a positive brand relationship.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate compelling written and visual content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral.
Contribute ideas for new content topics, keeping up with industry trends and customer interests.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track the performance of social media content, utilizing tools and analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Provide insights and suggestions based on performance metrics to refine our marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

Basic proficiency in photography with an understanding of good compositional practices.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Demonstrable capability in content creation, both written and visual.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

Graphics and Graphic Design skills
Logo Design and Branding skills
Typography skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Experience with luxury brands is a plus
