Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced, creative Junior Graphic Designer to join the International Institute for Quality Assurance and Facilitation (IIQAF) team and help us develop visual concepts that deliver our message in a clear and memorable way.

Responsibilities

Design creative and intriguing visuals for our marketing materials, related publications and websites based on the briefs and briefs provided by the team.
Work with the marketing team to understand the client’s needs, brand guideline and industry trends.
Create print and digital designs, including infographics, and web-based graphics.
Work closely with other designers and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
Follow directions from the in-house creative director and developers, and suggest effective design solutions for project needs and objectives.
Ensure all designs are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in graphic design or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Eye for detail and strong visual communication skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Technical competence in MS Office programs.
A passion for graphic design and willingness to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
