Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

Our client was established in 2004 and has grown to become one of the market leaders in kitchen appliances across the UAE. Managing an extensive range of European brands and products.

We are looking for a talended Junior Graphic Designer who has a strong grasp on all things design, branding and advertising, that will help the company advance in an exciting moment of expansion and transformation, while transitioning from B2B to B2C.

Responsibilities:

Develop print and digital collateral, ensuring designs are relevant and aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
Introduce creative ideas and design concepts that enhance our brand identity.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Produce style sheets and brand manuals for different brands, serving as guidelines for the organization.
Strictly adhere to brand guidelines in all design work.
Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring they are on brand, on time, and within budget.
Work independently and take responsibility for project management.
Maintain a high standard of quality control throughout the design process.
Stay educated and up-to-date on industry best practices and market trends.
Implement minimum standards and identify opportunities for improvement in design processes.

Qualifications:

At least 3+ years of experience in the same field .
A strong background in design theory, print and digital:
Skilled and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is a must.
Experience in video editing, web, UI/UX design.
Figma would be great.
