| POSITION SUMMARY

Reports directly to the Graphic Designer and Membership & Guest Relations Manager. As a visual-thinking problem solver, the Junior Graphic Designer (JGD) is responsible for designing, illustrating, and producing visual content, providing specific desired outcomes that represent the three principles of The Bridge that is the Japanese Minimalism, the Nordic Hygge, and the Middle-Eastern Hospitality. Conveys ideas into an unobtrusive, clean, and minimalistic creative style.

The Junior Graphic Designer recognizes the importance of creating a practical versus elegant design and understands the difference between function and form. Additionally, the JGD will be supporting in the conduct of in-depth research that leads to continuous stimulation to develop and discover.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

| VISUAL COMMUNICATION & COMMUNICATION DESIGN

Supports the Graphic Designer in the development of design assets and collaterals for communications, website & application, social media, marketing, sales, events, products’ labeling & packaging, signage any other requirements that needs graphic design work to communicate THE BRIDGE's (TB) visual style.
Helps in communicating the visuals and designs by portraying accurate imagery, photography, typography, etc. to the viewers following TB’s branding guidelines.
Assists in the development of layouts for newsletters, ads, brochures, posters, menus, and any other internal and external communication layouts and templates.
Ensures that all design (online/offline) contributes to the overall customer journey and service experiences.
Collaborates with the internal team and external vendors on any needed designs and marketing initiatives.
Works towards tight deadlines and assists the business in reactive content when necessary.

| HEALTH & SAFETY

Complies with all Health & Safety regulations as directed by Law and THE BRIDGE Experience Procedures while performing daily duties.
Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of shortfall, and supports Team in complying with the Grooming Experience Procedure.
Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions.
Performs expected behavior and follows of lost and found procedures.

| POSITION REQUIREMENTS

| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communications, Art, or similar. Recent graduate or with 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Must be able to show a work portfolio that reflects creative thinking, a broad range of projects, modern and minimalist taste.
Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and using any other state-of-the-art graphic design software is a big plus.
Familiar with Hubspot or willing to learn the software.
Knowledge of fundamental digital design principles that affect typography, composition, color, use of space, and hierarchy of information.
Artistic sense, notions of chromatic, and composition.
Ability to prioritize and manage a fluctuating list of day-to-day project execution and deliverables. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Able to function independently and within a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
Comfortable with using Apple software, G-Suite, and collaboration software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
