Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

JOB PURPOSE

(Overall Objective)

To conceptualize, design and develop creative and interactive Websites, Mobile Apps, Social posts, Interactive animations etc. and stay at par with international standards.

JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND JOB CONTENT

1. Conceptualization

Conceptualize the design and the frame work and provide best creative solutions within clients’ specified parameters, deadlines, guidelines and maintain international standards. This is achieved by constantly learning the new skills, knowledge ad understand the broader objective and the perspective of the client factoring all the elements.

2. Creative Development

Develops and implements high quality, effective and creative solutions which are supported by sound reasoning and rationales based on the briefs developed by the client services team. Creates designs and makes the concept a reality by using multiple tools of designing. Understands the clients’ requirements and analyses the feasibility of the design in terms of technology, Company’s guidelines and policy, customer’s requirements, costing and technological infrastructure. Acquires knowledge on latest design technology, concepts and trends to visualize and Handling various products like, email marketing, multimedia presentations, websites, Mobile apps, Banners, applications, on line marketing, virtual tours. Enhances skills to incorporate the latest technology to the design and reduce the cost of the project by cutting down on outsourcing jobs. Maintains look/feel of Precise offerings using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Dream weaver, Digital Photography, VR Worx amongst other design applications. Utilizing all the tools to ensure that the product is in line with the perspective of cost, design, technology and Company guidelines.

3. Decision Making

Requires quick and important decision making at all stages for the creative process. Should be thorough in understanding all aspects of the project plan while designing the plan.

4. Quality Standards and Competitive Compliance

The jobholder is responsible to ensure that the quality standards of his products & services are not compromised at any cost and that he manages a good balance with the costs to ensure adherence to industry & agency standards. Ensures that the design standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle by interfacing with the technical and project team on design and content structure. Interacts with the client, adds value and maintains through the design and the development stage.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Special Job Knowledge/Skills (If any) :

· Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts.

· Preferred field of specialization: Communication Arts.

1. Special Skills:

Special Job Knowledge/Skills: Well versed with both MAC and PC environments, High proficiency with software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Flash, Dream weaver, Director, Digital Photography, & VR Worx

2. Experience:

2 year minimum web design experience. Off line design experiences is an added bonus. Strong proficiency on photography, we/digital graphics, animations, web multimedia are all very critical
