Key Responsibilities:
• Detailed cost for Fit-out and Joinery works
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design projects.
• Calculate quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and services.
• Use software (like AutoCAD, Excel, or estimation tools like PlanSwift or CostX) for accurate calculations.
• Request and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate prices and ensure materials meet quality standards and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, quotations, and budget changes.
• Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Good Knowledge in material cost and labour charge.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Civil Engineer
• Must be currently available in the UAE
