Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on F&B costs, revenues, and inventory valuations.
• Handle procurement of F&B items, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and track market trends.
• Ensure proper inventory handling (FIFO), inspections, and stock issuing.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hygiene & safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen & management teams for stock planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in inventory systems and basic accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
