Job summary/Role description (Duties and responsibilities)

Monitor supplier invoice align the documentation as per the purchase order terms and conditions then update invoices in SAP.
Coordinate with vendor for invoices related documentation.
Follow up with project control and procurement department for vendor invoices documentation.
Reconcile vendor invoices SAP vs statement of account.
Monitor vendor bank guarantee, expiry and follow up.
Scanning and filing invoice in SAP.
Prepare outstanding reports.
Other related AFC works.
