Junior Accountant Required in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant & HR Representative. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting and human resources functions of our organization.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will also support the senior accountant in preparing for audits and assist with budget preparation.

As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in a variety of tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting with the administration of employee benefits. You will also support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow in your career. You should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
Experience with HR functions and policies is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
