Junior Accountant - Dubai

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support the finance team in various tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in verifying, posting, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Financial Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into our accounting software, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Bank Reconciliation: Help in reconciling bank statements with our financial records to identify any discrepancies.
• Invoice Processing: Process incoming invoices, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorized before payment.
• Expense Reporting: Assist in compiling and reviewing expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies.
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports by gathering necessary data and ensuring accuracy.
• Filing & Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digitally and physically.
Requirements & Competencies:
• Minimum 1–2-year experience in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. or Partial completion of professional certifications
• Proficiency in Zoho ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with financial reporting, data entry, and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
