Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction in Sharjah. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Preparation of Variations, PS & PC Adjustments, Interim Payment Applications, Measurement sheets, progress reports (Quantity take-off only), Material Requisitions and Sub-contractor payments. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Attention to detail of drawings and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Plan Swift, Autocad, Excel etc.
