Joinery Foreman - Dubai

JSI Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Foreman to oversee and manage joinery works on site and in workshops. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution of projects, proper coordination with site teams, and timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage daily joinery workshop and site activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and workers.
• Read, interpret, and implement joinery drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all joinery works are executed to the highest quality and project standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Joinery Foreman, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge in joinery, carpentry, and fit-out works.
• Ability to read drawings and independently supervise joinery activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
Preferred Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of workshop and on-site safety procedures.
