ROLES AVAILABLE:
VIDEOGRAPHER + EDITOR
• Role Summary: Capture high-quality short-form and long-form video content tailored for social media channels and in-store promotions.
• Key Requirements: Prior experience producing and editing social media videos; strong portfolio demonstrating shooting and post-production skills.
• Skills Desired: Proficiency with video cameras, lighting setups, mobile video capture, and editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Ability to craft engaging short-form reels and longer promotional content.
DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT
• Role Summary: Plan, execute and optimize paid and organic social campaigns to drive footfall and online engagement for the hypermarket.
• Key Requirements: Hands-on experience running social media ads across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat; campaign setup, targeting, creative testing and performance optimization.
• Skills Desired: Strong understanding of analytics, A/B testing, audience building, and conversion tracking. Experience with ad managers and pixel/event setup preferred.
LEASING EXECUTIVE
• Role Summary: Drive retail space leasing and tenant prospecting for in-mall and hypermarket partnerships.
• Key Requirements: Proven track record in retail leasing or B2B sales; excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Skills Desired: Knowledge of retail brands and franchise operators, strong prospecting abilities, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
