IT Technician Required in Dubai
IT Requirements:
• Proven experience as IT Technician
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle IT system including hardware & software.
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as routers, printers etc.
• Implement IT related work such as software & applications.
• Maintain all IT equipment, computers and make sure all installed applications are operating properly.
• Maintain the computers & equipment including telephones systems and peripheral devices.
• Coordinate with professional providers to service the plotter and printing machines.
• Keep systematic back-up of work done by the employees.
• Manage, maintain & operate the data server.
• Manage & maintain the company network system.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems such as repair or replace parts, debugging etc.
• Research the latest applications & software in order to update the company systems as it may require.
• Proficient in PPT, excel, word, & AutoCAD & similar software.
• To maintain and update periodically the company website.
• Procure & keep in stock IT related supplies such as ink, toner, cartridges, etc.
• Procure & maintain enough supplies for office stationary including letterheads, envelopes, paper, pen, pencils, etc.
• To support company divisions & department.
