Role Overview

The IT (Information Technology) Department at Wycon Cosmetics is looking to strengthen its systems area by adding 1 IT Support / Help Desk Specialist to the team. Quickly integrating into the department, the candidate will support the configuration of corporate IT devices and provide first-level assistance via a ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities

Tier I and Tier II Help Desk support activities
Providing remote technical assistance
Configuration of corporate assets and workstations (computers, mobile phones, desk phones, email accounts, etc.)
Installation and maintenance of client operating systems and software applications (Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
Monitoring and managing tickets within the IT Help Desk department to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions

Candidate Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or equivalent skills/experience)
Strong command of core IT tools and systems
Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Educational background in technical/scientific disciplines
Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is considered a plus

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role; however, entry-level candidates will also be considered
