IT Support / Help desk Required in Dubai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong Background in ( WAN, LAN , WLAN ) to manage the Network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of Support escalated by troubleshooting local infrastructure
Solid Background in ( CCTV, Access Point, Routers, Switches, Firewall, Access Control )
By coordinating with our Security team can oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentications etc. )
In-depth understanding of communication protocols ( mainly TCP/ IP ) and Routing Protocols
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

ABOUT YOU

Degree qualified in IT discipline or any relevant field
Minimum 3 years’ experience required in relevant field.
Preferred to be Arabic.
