Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft solutions support, cloud platforms, and networking, along with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting network devices, firewalls, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and maintenance for Microsoft solutions, including cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365, etc.).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Perform system and network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage and configure CCTV systems and access control solutions.
• Ensure network security by implementing best practices and maintaining firewalls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions support (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols, installation, and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining CCTV systems and access control solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
