IT Support Analyst Required in Dubai

Charterhouse is undertaking a search for an internationally recognised “Global 30” corporate Law Firm, who is looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their I.T team based in Dubai. This role will require a customer focused and proactive candidate to work autonomously to deliver internal troubleshooting solutions across clients in the UAE and KSA offices. The incumbent will have previous experience in a professional service firm, ideally with an international Law Firm.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to the firm’s internal users across its UAE and KSA offices, offering solutions to complex issues, in an energetic, customer focused manner.

This mid-level role will prioritize, research and respond to IT requests in accordance with the firms’ current standards, whilst communicating with cross-functional team members on any concerning matters.

The role will require you to respond to IT issues and queries in a timely and friendly manner, considering the impact to the end-users. Additionally, the role will provide technical assistance on the firm’s software including, Microsoft Office 365 suites, Teams, Adobe, IManage document management software, CRM software, and all hardware.

To be considered for this role, the candidate should be a goal-orientated and energetic IT Support Analyst, who can deliver timely troubleshooting solutions across multiple legal offices in a friendly, customer focused manner.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a legal or professional services firm and have the ability to work autonomously. The incumbent will possess a “no job is ever too big” mentality and be humble enough to take on any task, big or small.

A relevant Degree from an internationally recognised university is essential, as well as a demonstrated track-record of supporting and offering IT trouble shooting solutions to a user population greater than 50 people.

Due to the nature of the role, and travel commitments it is essential that you have a full UAE driving license.
