We're Hiring: IT Support – Real Estate Industry
Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations of IT systems and provide technical support for all internal users in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to staff on hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system/network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults
• Manage basic server support, backup systems, and IT inventory
• Support real estate platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools
• Ensure IT security protocols are followed across the organization
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support (preferably in real estate or corporate environments)
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networks, printers, and email systems
• Basic knowledge of server administration and IT infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Immediate joining is required
