1. Basic Knowledge and experience of Cisco Networking Products (Routing, Switching, VOIP).

2. Basic Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems (Active Directory, Shared Folders and Backup).

3. Experience of Providing Managed Services for clients and employees (IT Support, and IT Services and products)

4. Good communications skills, and customer facing experience.

• Certificates: CCNA (Preferrable) MCSE (preferrable)

• Languages: Arabic (is a Must) / English (Fluent)
