IT Services Specialist Required in Dubai

Role - IT Services Specialist - UAE Nationals only.

Location – Dubai

Candidate must hold a Degree in Computer Science or other IT related subject with a certification in Microsoft Systems Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all I.T Operations and staff over multiple geographically disbursed office locations.
Provide support to all IT system users, for all computers, applications, and networking problems.
Perform monitoring, analysis, and administration of enterprise cyber security solutions, taking the appropriate actions as required.
Take ownership and maintain the IT platform.
Lead and manage IT projects according to previously determined budgets and schedules.
Managing and coordinating IT support staff.
Responsible for helpdesk support line
Ensure seamless communication and escalation procedures are established and maintained between employees and IT support staff.
Track and manage the progress of customer support issues from initial capture to resolution..
Coordinate and perform system and network maintenance processes and improvements within predefined timings with minimal interruption to operations.

Requirements:

Min 5-8 years of previous technical IT work experience with System Administration, Networking, or IT Support roles.
Previous experience with supporting technical engineering.
Advanced knowledge of business applications and databases including MS Office, MS Project, MS Access, SQL, Oracle, and Citrix.
Should be familiar with Windows Operating System
Fundamental knowledge of Data Networking.
Should have good troubleshooting skills.
