We are currently recruiting IT Service Desk - SAP Application for our prestigious client based in Dubai. We are looking for candidates who handle IT Service Desk for SAP Applications such as Incident management, problems, Changes etc..

Job Type: Permanant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive calls and act as the first and single point of contact to the users for recording, tracking the incidents and users’ complaints.
Handle IT ServiceDesk for SAP applications (Incident, Problems & Changes), Coordinate & track vendor payments & acquire approvals.
Provide resolution for Basic SAP issues.
Work as first point of contact for all support in various modules of SAP; including the calls from users who are experiencing service interruptions/outages which may be critical to business continuity.
Escalate incidents that are technically not resolvable within the group & co-ordinate actions needed, including communication to achieve successful resolution.
Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
Answer questions or resolve first level technical and PC level problems for clients via telephone, email or from remote location.
Attempt and try to resolve issues by using Knowledge Base for incident that can be resolved at their level and escalate incidents to Level 1 engineers for incidents not resolved through remote support or with the help of knowledge base.
Adopt Project Management policies & methodologies to handle and coordinate all IT Application projects which will include Planning, Scheduling project status meetings, reporting project status to IT Project management, Coordinate and work closely with all project stakeholders.
