Our headquarters is located in JLT which however the success candidate will be placed between two other locations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

· Acting as the first line of support

· Ensure support tickets are responded to and SLAs are adhered to

· Provide high quality technical and remote support

· SCCM image deployment

· Troubleshooting network connectivity issues

· Troubleshooting basic server, storage and access permission issues

· Strong understanding of Microsoft Office application suite

· Solid understanding IP networking, sub-netting and VLANs

· Basic Active Directory changes, Microsoft Exchange management and troubleshooting

· Basic DNS management and troubleshooting

· Experience with both Windows and MacOS client operating systems

Desired skills, experience and attributes:

· 5+ years in similar role

· MCP, MCSA, Azure certifications etc. or relevant experience

· Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking

· Fluent in English, written and spoken

· Well-presented and well-spoken with a strong customer service background

· Currently residing within the United Arab Emirates
